Rumours say that Francis instructed the Secretary of the Liturgy Congregation, Archbishop Vittorio Francesco Viola, a former lecturer at the anti-Catholic Liturgical Institute of Sant'Anselmo, Rome, to organise a „confidential commission“ in September, and to report directly within only two months to Francis.
In defiance of all pretended 'synodality', this method which Francis likes is bypassing the Cardinals, bishops, and all bodies in charge to deal with specific issues.
„In Germany there have already been leaps forward by some bishops in this field in the past,“ Tossatti writes. In reality, Protestant Communion has been de facto imposed on all German dioceses for over fourty years with the knowledge of Rome to the point that a priest refusing to participate in this abuse would be fired.
