Leo XIV Encouraged Bishop "With Great Tenderness" to Celebrate Homosex Eucharist
Leo XIV personally and "with great tenderness and gentleness" encouraged him to celebrate a homosexual Eucharist in Rome before the homosexual march into St Peter's Basilica on Saturday. Bishop Francesco Savino, vice-president of the Italian Bishops' Conference, said this during the homily, as reported on Nd.nl.
"We are opening new doors, adopting new pastoral attitudes that promote understanding and help us all feel like pilgrims of hope", Bishop Savino preached.
The homosexual priest Harry Notermans from the Netherlands admitted that he is careful with homosexual Eucharists at home: "Here it just happens, with papal approval."
Although the audience was asked not to bring rainbow flags, many wore homosexual t-shirts or a pin depicting a rainbow-coloured sheep. "We are evolving from black sheep to rainbow sheep within the church," said one participant with a smile.
