Press speaker Knight Joseph Cullen confirmed to AkaCatholic.com (March 30) on November 8, 2019 that “sponsorship ended several months ago.”
CruxNow.com is run by John Allen, a divorcee who remarried with Elise Harris, now Elise Allen, who also works for CruxNow.com.
AkaCatholic.com adds that Allen’s ex wife Shannon Levitt who returned to the USA, is still on the payroll of CruxNow.com.
In autumn, Los Angeles Auxiliary Bishop Robert Barron engaged Allen as contributor to his Word on Fire media projects.
