Reverend Dean Nelson Discusses Lawsuit on Behalf of the Frederick Douglass Foundation

Reverend Dean Nelson, the director of 'Human Coalition Action' and chairman of the 'Frederick Douglass Foundation' joins to discuss the importance of the legal actions the Frederick Douglass Foundation has taken against Washington D.C. The people attending an event put on by the foundation and Students for Life of America, were told they would not be stopped from writing their messages in support of black pre-born lives as long as they used paint that would wash away quickly. An article from Catholic News Agency further states the foundation "contends that D.C. police discriminated against their viewpoints by preventing them from chalking pro-life messages on the sidewalk, while other groups have not been punished after painting and chalking messages on the streets and sidewalks of D.C. this year." Nelson shares his insight on what role abortion has played on loss of life in the black community and if he's heard a response to his lawsuit yet.
