The Ostracism of the Old Liturgy Must End at Last! By Joseph Cardinal Ratzinger

Anyone today who supports the continuation of this liturgy or participates in it is treated like a leper; this is where all tolerance ends.
There has never been such a thing in the whole of history; in doing so, one is also ostracising the whole past of the Church. How can one trust its present when it is like this?
Frankly, I also do not understand why many of my episcopal confreres, for no apparent reason, largely submit to this intolerance, which stands in the way of the necessary inner reconciliations in the Church.
