Frankie Bergoglio is a very tricky boy. This is a mere slight of hand by him. Everything he does is for his Catholic Church destroying agenda, even though prima facie, in this case, it does not seem to be that way.
Let's sit back and see how this all plays out.

Hoe maak je van het Vaticaan een puinhoop. Terug naar het Ware Tridentijnse Rooms Katholieke geloof, zonder het Vaticaan.
Il Simografo - a Vatican-based blog run by Luis Badilla - states that they could not locate the decree by Francis ruling that the FSSP may continue its work in the traditional rite. The Vatican should quickly resolve this uncertainty and confusion.

@Stronzo Santelli This post is about the FSSP. It has nothing to do with Fr. Martin or child puberty blockers. Go start your own post, don't hijack this one. Yeah, that's right @Cecilia Lopez "this post is about x not y" You were quick to run your big mouth about "misapplication" Is this an example of me doing so? If so, prove it.

Divide and conquer. The mere intimation of gratitude for being 'permitted' that which cannot be licitly forbidden is a tacit admission of the original 'right' of Francis to have done so. Come in to my parlor said the spider to the fly.

Good news for now! However, bullies can only be appeased for so long. Notice that the Fraternity is still under a lot of restrictions.

Fabio Battison's sour grapes are obvious. Once again the FSSP, through God's Grace, passes through the flames unscathed. There's nothing "selfish" about rejoicing in a moment of good sense from Francis. God knows, they're rare enough.

Some small credit should also be given to the diplomatic skills of the FSSP delegates as well. They were respectful, submissive, and even managed to impress an otherwise jaded and cynical Francis with their desire “to remain faithful to the Roman Pontiff.”
He was happy so now the FSSP is happy. The people who are obviously UN-happy with this news are people Like Fabio Battison because misery loves company.
"IlSismografo (February 22) calls this an “almost clandestine” decree..."
That explains why Francis didn't forbid the FSSP publicizing the decree or the publicity photos Francis agreed to while meeting the delegates of the FSSP in the first place. pic related (Credit @en.news)
