The new law doesn't actually limit religious freedom at all. It allows the government to eject "foreign clergy" from a certain "minority religion" when they start causing the kind of problems they do throughout Western Europe. When "foreign clergy" starts waving knives around during "prayers" and calling for stabbing attacks against the people of that country, it's time to show them the door.
