"Atti sacrileghi" (cento studiosi contro papa Francesco)

"Noi sottoscritti chierici, studiosi e intellettuali cattolici, protestiamo e condanniamo gli atti sacrileghi e superstiziosi commessi da Papa Francesco, il Successore di Pietro, durante il recente Sinodo sull’Amazzonia tenutosi a Roma". Inizia così il documento, redatto in sette lingue e firmato da un centinaio di studiosi, religiosi e laici - tra i quali il moralista John McCarthy, il teologo Brian Harrison, lo storico Roberto De Mattei, il giurista Paolo Pasqualucci, il medievalista Claudio Pierantoni, il patrologo John Rist, il filosofo Josef Seifert, lo storico Henry Sire, la principessa Glorias Thurn und Taxis e John Henry Westen fondatore del sito LifeSiteNews - ’oltranzisti’ cattolici, per i quali il Pontefice si è macchiato di "gravi peccati" e anche chi dentro la Chiesa lo seguirà rischia "la dannazione eterna".

Nel documento, definito di "protesta", i firmatari - che citano a conforto delle loro tesi, fra gli altri, i cardinali Wlater Brandmueller, Gerhard Mueller, Raymond Burke, Jorge Urosa Savino, l’arcivescovo Carlo Maria Viganò e i vescovi Athanasius Schneider, José Luis Azcona Hermoso, Rudolf Voderholzer e Marian Eleganti - si elencano in particolare sei "atti sacrileghi", tutti legati a quella che definiscono come "l’adorazione idolatrica della dea pagana Pachamama", la statuetta che ignoti sottrassero durante il Sinodo sull’Amazzonia dalla chiesa di Santa Maria in Traspontina a due passi dalla basilica di San Pietro in Vaticano e gettarono nel fiume Tevere.

"Il 4 ottobre - scrivono - Papa Francesco ha partecipato ad un atto di adorazione idolatrica della dea pagana Pachamama. Ha permesso che questo culto avesse luogo nei Giardini Vaticani, profanando così la vicinanza delle tombe dei martiri e della chiesa dell’Apostolo Pietro. Ha partecipato a questo atto di adorazione idolatrica benedicendo un’immagine lignea della Pachamama".

Prosegue il documento nelle sue accuse a Jorge Mario Bergoglio: "Il 7 ottobre, l’idolo della Pachamama è stato posto di fronte all’altare maggiore di San Pietro e poi portato in processione nella Sala del Sinodo. Papa Francesco ha recitato preghiere durante una cerimonia che ha coinvolto questa immagine e poi si è unito a questa processione. Quando le immagini in legno di questa divinità pagana sono state rimosse dalla chiesa di Santa Maria in Traspontina, dove erano state collocate sacrilegamente, e gettate nel Tevere da alcuni cattolici oltraggiati da questa profanazione della chiesa, Papa Francesco, il 25 ottobre, si è scusato per la loro rimozione e una nuova immagine di legno della Pachamama è stata restituita alla chiesa. In tal modo è incominciata un’ulteriore profanazione".
E ancora: "Il 27 ottobre, nella Messa conclusiva del Sinodo, ha ricevuto una ciotola usata nel culto idolatrico della Pachamama e l’ha collocata sull’altare. Lo stesso Papa Francesco ha confermato che queste immagini in legno sono idoli pagani. Nelle sue scuse per la rimozione di questi idoli da una chiesa cattolica, li ha chiamati specificamente Pachamama, nome di una falsa dea della madre terra secondo una credenza religiosa pagana del Sud America".

I firmatari ricordano che "svariate caratteristiche di queste cerimonie sono state condannate come idolatriche o sacrileghe dal cardinale Walter Brandmueller, dal cardinale Gerhard Mueller, dal cardinale Jorge Urosa Savino, dall’Arcivescovo Carlo Maria Viganò, dal vescovo Athanasius Schneider, dal vescovo José Luis Azcona Hermoso, dal vescovo Rudolf Voderholzer e dal vescovo Marian Eleganti. Infine, anche il cardinale Raymond Burke ha dato la stessa interpretazione in un’intervista".
Non solo l’azione di "idolatria della dea pagana Pachamama": nell’atto di accusa. I cento firmatari del documento anti-Bergoglio inseriscono anche la firma e l’interpretazione del ’Documento sulla Fraternità Umana’ che il Pontefice ha siglato il 4 febbraio scorso con il Grande Imam della moschea di Al-Azhar, considerato la massima autorità teologica islamica.

"Questa dichiarazione affermava che ’il pluralismo e la diversità di religioni, colore, sesso, razza e linguaggio sono voluti da Dio nella Sua saggezza, attraverso la quale ha creato gli esseri umani. Questa saggezza divina è la fonte da cui discende il diritto alla libertà di credo e alla libertà di essere diversi’. Il coinvolgimento di Papa Francesco nelle cerimonie idolatriche indica che egli intendeva dare a questa affermazione un senso eterodosso, il quale consente che l’adorazione pagana di idoli venga considerata un bene voluto da Dio in senso positivo". Ma, sottolineano i firmatari del documento anti-Papa Francesco, "l’autorizzazione ad adorare chiunque o qualsiasi cosa diversa dall’unico vero Dio, la Santissima Trinità, è una violazione del Primo Comandamento".

E

anche l’Arcivescovo Carlo Maria Viganò, l’ex nunzio a Washington che è arrivato a chiedere le dimissioni del Papa, si è unito al gruppo dei 100 studiosi e intellettuali cattolici anti-Francesco. Con lui si sono aggiunti ai sottoscrittori del documento che accusa il Pontefice di atti sacrileghi e superstiziosi durante il sinodo sull’Amazzonia, anche il professore Heinz Sproll, dell’università di Augsburg; Edgardo J. Cruz Ramos , presidente di ’Una Voce Puerto Rico’; il reverendo Felice Prosperi; il professore Growuo Guys; il reverendo Nicholas Fleming Stl; Alfredo Maria Morselli; il giornalista Marco Paganelli e Deacon Eugene G. McGuirk.
