“Whenever Two Priests Meet, They Talk About How Awful Bergoglio Is”

Pope Francis is popular only in circles distant from the Church, reports the anti-Church The Guardian (October 27). Within the Church there is "hatred and fear".

The leftwing newspaper cites a prominent English priest saying: “We can’t wait for him [Francis] to die. It’s unprintable what we say in private. Whenever two priests meet, they talk about how awful Bergoglio is … he’s like Caligula: if he had a horse, he’d make him cardinal.”

Expressing the consequence of repression which Francis is spreading in the Church, the priest added: “You mustn’t print any of this, or I’ll be sacked.”
