Ivory Coast: Freemasonry is a No Go
The bishops of Ivory Coast have vowed to eliminate freemasons from within the Church. In a recent statement they call Freemasonry a "secret society", their concept of God "an empty container", and their principles irreconcilable with the doctrine of the Church, pointing out that relativism is the backbone of the masonic principles.
The bishops call on those Catholics who have joined Freemasonry to return to the Church according to the example of the prodigal son. In January 2018 they will publish a pastoral letter about this subject.
Freemasonry is introduced in Africa as a spearhead for promoting abortion, contraception, divorce, homosexualism and the destruction of religion.
