300 Mile Marian Pilgrimage to Take Place in Honor of 200th Year of the Archdiocese of Cincinnati

The Archdiocese of Cincinnati in Ohio is turning 200 years old next month. Pilgrims will carry a statue of Our Lady of Fatima throughout the entire archdiocese. That is 36 parishes and more than 300 miles. It is believed to be the longest Marian procession in the United States. Pastor of St. Monica - St. George Parish and Director of Campus Ministry for the Archdiocese of Cincinnati, Father Ethan Moore, joins to share what was the inspiration behind the 300 mile journey and why it is planned to be exactly 33 days long. Fr. Ethan tells us what the response has been so far. He discusses whether the Marian pilgrimage will stop at his parish next month, what events he has planned and whether each parish is doing something different. There is a group of volunteers who will take turns carrying the statue of Our Lady of Fatima. Fr. Ethan explains why she was chosen as patroness of the pilgrimage and how she will help the archdiocese. The pastor of St. Monica - St. George Parish lets viewers know how they can participate if they cannot join in person and where more information can be found.
