Gänswein Struggles With Consequences of Sudden Hearing Loss

The private secretary of Benedict XVI, Archbishop Georg Gänswein, 61, still suffers from a sudden hearing loss that occurred last September.

Gänswein told the German street-magazine Bunte (March 27) that his brain has still to get used to work with only one healthy ear.

According to Gänswein, the health of Benedict XVI and Pope Francis is fine.
