That's Christian Bale in "Equilibrium" a movie that mocked Catholic terminology and iconography. The totalitarian government's assassin-enforcers were called "clerics". The training centre producing "clerics" is called a "monastery". The regime itself is led by a totalitarian pope-like figure called "Father".

The "Clerics" are part of the "Tetragrammaton". This is a real-world term referring to the four Hebrew letters for the name of God. The film presents a blunt message. God, His Name, and the ministers of His Church are evil and totalitarian. Monasterys are place where children are brainwshed into becoming "Clerics".

The visuals were no different. The totalitarian regime used a self-evidently "Nazi flag" colour scheme with a "gun-sight" cross.
