Crisis stage is the only way progressivists know how to govern. An authoritarianism for our own good in perpetuity. They grab emergencies out of their hats like magicians with rabbits and the rules put in place are never really rescinded. (anyone remember the last time the terror threat level was lower than yellow at airports?)
