The state of public education in Ontario is at best mediocre

Woke Watch Canada has posted a great article about the poor and declining state of public education in Ontario. The entry is titled, "As Summer Wanes, School Strikes Loom Large in Ontario." Every time a teacher contract is about to expire the unions ask for more money as way of solving the issues and improving education. But the sad reality is that more funding will do nothing to raise academic standards and address the increasing violence in schools. Schools have also been captured by ideologies that hurt learning. Students cannot possibly fail. Parents do read the informative post by the retired teacher who uses the pen name Igor Stravinsky. We post it here with permission from Woke Watch Canada.
