Card. Hollerich: "we must go back to the ideals of the EU founding fathers"
Secretariat COMECE On the occasion of Europe Day 2020, 70th anniversary of the Schuman Declaration, from the village of Schengen, at the border between France, Germany and Luxembourg, the President of COMECE, H.Em. Card. Jean-Claude Hollerich SJ, remind us all of the importance to relaunch the EU as a project of peace, based on solidarity, "a Europe - continued the Cardinal - that can’t never forgets the poor, the needy, the refugees and all those who suffer".
