The priests who are or who already have seen such problems disover they're stuck. They vowed an oath of obedience to their superiors. They must find a way of, with God's help, reconciling that oath with the fact the Church has some extremely bad leaders at the moment.

Never. Hurricane Katrina didn't finally derail the Southern Democrats' cultural hold on New Orleans, either. Once this crisis passes everything will go back to being as stupid as it usually is.
If anything, things will probably get even worse.
Personal predictions: We'll see holy water fonts remaining "temporarily" empty (can't be too careful, it's just for a little while until we're sure), bans on communion on the tongue becoming permanent (can't be too careful, it's for the common good), dramatically reduced Mass times (can't be too careful, we don't want crowd contagion), and so on.
