"Any student of history could lay it out for you:"

Implicit No True Scottsman Fallacy.

"Convince people that the rich and powerful in their homeland hold the common man in crass contempt."

...which they do and always have. Not too much convincing needed since people already treat those less rich and less powerful than themselves in just this manner, which is why such people are called "rednecks" and "white trash".

"That the courts are systematically rigged."

...which they are and, again, seems to be fairly common knowledge on both sides of the political divide.

"Teach the masses that their votes don’t really count, and the government is their enemy."

The first is widely taught, the latter is not. The latter is, however a chilling realization many political conservatives inevitably make.

"And the media are lying to them, in service of private agendas."

...which it is, and has been for well over a century at least. Nothing unique here.

"And a double standard prevails, even in criminal courts, depending on which political faction the accused belongs to."

...which it does, though political faction isn't the deciding factor. Wealth and political power are one factor, membership in a minority group championed by the media is another.

Yet these conditions have existed in America for decades, in some cases long before the 1960s even and yet America hasn't seen any upheval as a result of them.

"Any student of history" who claims these result in "a blood-soaked civil war"that leaves the country "in pieces" should quit blogging and go back to class.
