The moment arrived, when everybody must recognize that the Consecration of Russia to the Immaculate Heart of Mary hasn't validly done by none of previous popes, with the fulfillement of the 3 conditions imposed by our Heavenly Mother:
But the tragedy is, that we don't know where is a Pope beeing able to fulfill a valid consecration!

I'm pretty sure I heard that interview years ago but never noticed the reference to Kiev! He mentions it at least three times! Thanks for posting!
