Growing heresy? It's been growing since the Second Vatican Council and the condemned New Mass & New Sacramental rites (see Session 7, Canon 13 of the Council of Trent). He is only understanding this now?!

The Council Of Trent didn't condemn the "new Mass" .The Council of Trent forbade a local "pastor of the churches" or "the ministers" celebrating the Mass from making changes. Vatican Council II's leadership vastly outranks the local parish priests which the Council Of Trent mentioned.
