Out of Hiding: On Saturday for the creation of 19 cardinals by Pope Francis, Benedict XVI made his first public appearance since his abdication a year ago, claiming then that he would live – quote - “hidden to the world”. Benedict entered St. Peter’s Basilica from a side entrance and was greeted with applause by the crowd. He smiled, waved and took his seat in the front row, off to the side, alongside the red-draped cardinals.

A New Saint? Last week the theologians from the Congregation for the Causes of Saints approved a miracle attributed to the intercession of Pope Paul VI. It involves the healing of a child who was predicted to be born with a high risk of brain damage. If the miracle is approved by the dicastery’s cardinals and the Pope, then Paul VI could be beatified within the next few months. Since Paul VI’s death there has been no evidence of a popular devotion for him, which according to Church law is a precondition for a beatification.

Exorcist: Father David Fleming of St. Pius X Catholic Church in Urbandale, is one of 50 U.S. priests who will be trained as an exorcist according to Des Moines’ diocesan newspaper. Fleming was named the official exorcist of the diocese of Des Moines. In four sessions over the next two years, Fleming will learn “discernment of spirits,” “the study of angels and demons,” and “exorcism assessment procedures,” among other things.

Bankrupt and Rich: The German Church is theologically and morally bankrupt but at moneywise very rich. According to the German tabloid Bild, the German dioceses received in 2012 over 5 billion Euros from the mandatory Church tax. This is over 7 billion Dollars. This money makes the ultra liberal German bishops also very influential in the Vatican.

Pope Paul VI-Montinni implemented many of the liturgical "reforms" under the consultation of Msg Bugninni and six protestants. The consequences have been catastrophic. How can anyone honestly put him up as a candidate for sainthood?

This is no longer about holiness it is about rewarding the allies of their progressive agenda.
This is what I Found about Pope Paul VI and also I found there are many people who have claims about scandals and worse items about his personal life.

"Reading the “Montinian Trilogy” of Father Luigi Villa, one discovers that Paul VI:
- Has invented a new Christianity taken down from the Cross;
- Replaced the “Cult of God” with the “Cult of Man,” which replaced the primacy of the supernatural with the primacy of the natural and temporal;
- Replaced the primacy of the “Law of God” with the “primacy of conscience”;
- Replaced the primacy of the “Kingdom of God” and “eternal life” with the primacy of the “world”,
“Peace” and “Heaven on earth”!
- Has invented a Christianity that sees Christ as a “liberator,” not from sin but from suffering and from servitude;
- He invented a Gospel confused with the “Charter of the Rights of Man” and placed it at the service of “social justice”; the “Rights of God,” were abolished to the benefit of the exaltation of the “Rights” and “taste” of Man;
- He reduced the evangelization of the supernatural “docete” to a “dialogue” that is based only on human means and does not aim at conversion.
Thanks for the news, Lucia.

Nobody doubts about the good will (etc.) of Paul VI, but we all remember what a disaster of a pope he was. The Vatican exposes itself to ridicule and sarcasm if it continues like that. My friend wrote to me last night:

"Everyone knows that the way to reform the Church is to beatify every pope for the past 75 years . . . except Pius XII".
