Yes, we are either with Jesus or against him. You can call evil anything you want to and it remains what it is. The lure of the devil is that he'll give you limited powers though magic on this earth in order to torture you in hell after death, With God we have to wait until death before we can understand why this or that was in our lives and the reasons for our sufferings. With the devil he offers the petty things of earth to those who are too foolish to realize the boundless unending treasures of heaven God will bestow on his faithful for eternity. The devil offers the quick fix to the unfaithful through giving them preternatural knowledge from the realm of the dead-enter occultism, witchcraft Ouija boards-all occult and all from satan. With God we must have faith and look to him for strength. With the devil he wishes us to rely on ourselves for empowerment instead of God.
