The questionnaire on the Old Liturgy was wished by Francis, MarcoTosatti.com (April 26) writes,
“It seems that Francis came in contact with some priests who practice the traditional liturgy and that he realised for himself that they are not ‘rigid’, even a little bit.”
Francis also sees the vitality of the Old Rite, and therefore he wanted to understand the phenomenon.
MarcoTosatti.com believes that the inquiry is “perhaps” not motivated by “a negative will.”
He knows that it is done according to geographical areas: Asia, then America and soon Europe.
MarcoTosatti.com excludes that there are plans to “forbid” the Old Mass, also because this would be impossible, but rather to limit it by forbidding the pre-1955 Holy Week cancelling the general permission to celebrate it, and thus limited it to the circle of Old Rite priestly communities.

And it assumes good faith and all. Cute!!!! I mean, reality check!!!

@ eticacasanova> One assumes that all things are possible this side of Heaven as well as in Heaven. A Pauline type conversion might do the trick. We can only pray that it might be so for we cannot limit what God may or may not choose to do.
