Francis had some dreams, but they are really nightmares for the Church. These are not the dreams of the Patriarch Joseph, nor …

a.) wanted to resign
b.) made an effort to resign
c.) and assumed he had done so.

According to Canon 332.2 So long as he did a.) and b.) and properly maniftested them (and there's no Canon Law defining how that must be done, either) then he resigned.

The problem arose because the real Pope Benedict xvi never resigned the papacy PROPERLY."

The problem "arose" because you don't like his successor and for no other reason. You're inventing extra-Canonical requirements that simply don't exist.

I've covered this a dozen times by now. The only "proper" resignation you'll ever accept is the one he didn't give. You will always invent another "interpretation" another "requirement" another "stipulation".

Worse, none of them exist in Canon Law except where YOU choose to fallaciously interpret them in obvious bad-faith to reach the same desired conclusion.

How often you claim to care so much for "Pope Benedict", you claim to worry so much that he's "mistreated" and "under house arrest" and every other fairy-story you invent.

But when it suits you, here you are, exploiting the fact a 92 year old man in poor health doesn't want to spend his few remaining years endlessly re-addressing his resignation.

...and even if he somehow impossibly managed to cover every single point you could possibly invent, your last unproven fall-back will always be

"some evil Mafia thug MADE him write all this, so it doesn't really count."

Seriously, Thor. You sicken me.

If you ever wonder why I'm so implacable in debunking your sewage on GTV, take a good long look at yourself.

There's plenty that's pathetic about you and none of it's amusing.
