The Church is currently “suffering the Passion of Christ because of a tremendous general doctrinal, liturgical and pastoral confusion", writes Bishop Athanasius Schneider on rorate-caeli.blogspot.com.
Schneider argues against a absolutisation and infallibilisation of the Second Vatican Council. According to him there are texts in the Council that raise doubts or can be improved because they are “ambiguous” or “have caused erroneous interpretations”. In cases of doubt the previous magisterium must prevail.
Schneider recalls that Councils have made “objectively erroneous statements” in the past. He mentions statements of the Council of Florence (1431–1445) regarding the matter of the Sacrament of Holy Orders which was corrected by Pius XII in 1947.
Schneider warns that a considerable part of the theological and administrative Catholic leadership is about to “create another church – a church of a relativistic or Protestant type”.

and say that LG 16 etc refers to invisible people in 2017. It is a hypothetical case.
Hypothetical cases cannot be exceptions to the strict interpretation of the dogma
EENS. Vatican Council II does not contradict the dogma EENS as it was known in the 16th
century.
There will be consternation in the Church.
The English bishops will not allow Bishop Schneider to offer the Latin Mass in Britain.
Pope Francis could demand that Bishop Schneider maintain the Arian like heresy and
offer the Latin Mass as usual, affirming EENS and Vatican Council II(Cushingite).

The fact is that many of the bishops do not speak up because they agree with Fr martin Luther and his nun "bride" They are men of faithlessness. It has been going on for many, many years, bishops did not govern their seminaries they left them in the hands of faithless men, who so full of their own self-importance and clericalism gone mad, we now have so many malformed priests.
