Coredemptrix, Mediatrix, Advocate - this is perfectly so.

Christ was born of Mary. Thus, she mediated the arrival of Christ, Who is Grace Himself, through His Conception and Birth.

This mediation is an expression of Mary's principal title, Mother of God. Her status as Co-Redemptrix follows from that.
