No, Michael. It's usually Catholics who object to schismatics misrepresenting themselves as the genuine article. The Pope had to grant SSPX priests a dispensation from the impediment of schism so they could minister to the Catholic faithful.
Catholic priests don't need such dispensations.

"But, the (former) congregation for doctrine of faith have said that one fulfils their Sunday obligation by attending Mass at an SSPX chapel."
…something one can do at a schismatic Greek or Russian Orthodox church as well. Doesn't change the fact they're schismatics like the SSPX.
