The Christian Self-Defence Militia of Tel Tamr on Saturday night repelled an attempt by Turkish troops and their jihadist allies to invade the village of Timar (Umm al-Keif), inhabited mainly by Christian Assyrians, west of Tel Tamr in the Christian-populated Khabur Valley. What the inhabitants would have been threatened with if this attempt had been successful is anyone's guess.
Military Council of Tal Tamr thwarts invasion attempt by Turkish occupation and its criminal gangs in Um al-Keif
The fighters of the Tal Tamr Military Council have foiled an attempt to capture the village of Um al-Keif, west of Tal Tamr district, by the Turkish occupation army and its mercenaries.
As reported by ANHA correspondent, the Turkish occupation army and its mercenaries tried to infiltrate Um al-Keif village, west of Tal Tamr district, after midnight on Saturday, but the fighters of Tal Tamr Military Council foiled the attempt and pushed them back.
This infiltration attempt coincided with the shelling of the centre of Zarghan district and the associated village of Bobi by the occupying army.
