Irrational Covid Bishop Cracks Down on Vaccination-Free Priests

Vaccination-free priests are not allowed any pastoral activity, Teano Bishop Giacomo Cirulli, 69, Italy, decreed on January 9.

The hardliner prelate also forbids vaccination-free priests, deacons, religious and lay people to distribute Communion. His legalistic decree concludes with Francis’ “to be vaccinated is an act of love” mantra.

SteveKirsch.substrack.com (January 9) points at Kyle A. Beattie’s November 2021 study of 145 countries showing that the Covid vaccines cause more Covid cases per million (+38% in US) and more Covid deaths per million (+31% in US).

The Lyons-Weiler paper, a Harvard study, and the Lancet found, independent from each other, the same thing.

Italian bishop forbids unvaccinated: “I prohibit the distribution of the Eucharist by priests, deacons, religious and lay people who are not vaccinated,” the bishop wrote.

Looks like another bishop has been deceived ,by evil minds
Ultraviolet
Great. So the priests kick back and apply for transfers to other dioceses. Big world-wide priest shortage. Some more sensible bishop elsewhere is going to be glad to have 'em.

What is the technical name for a mass vaccination campaign that results in an unprecedented wave of cases in the vaccinated population?

Italian bishop's harsh measures: Unvaccinated priests are no longer allowed to distribute communion.

What god does this bishop serve?
Kenjiro M. Yoshimori
None. Just like his boss Francis.
Ultraviolet
@Kenjiro M. Yoshimori There's a terrible possibility Francis does serve a god and it's a false one.
Kenjiro M. Yoshimori
That's true. Very true.

Just ignore Cirulli, and if that doesn't work make his existence a living hell. This is not going to end peacefully beause it cannot.
Jeffrey Ade
Yes because the communist now hold the high ground! Sort of like the siege of St Elmo 1565! But Our Lady wins in the end!
Ultraviolet
"This is not going to end peacefully beause it cannot." Yes it can and will, because most people don't resort to conflict or constantly advocate it.

I used to think it was vital to be vacinated. I two shots, but not the booster yet (I'm 27, and they prefer giving that to 65+ people first). One of my cousins caught Omicron variant, and felt pretty sick for a week. Delta is way worse. But all these crack downs on vaccinations is ridiculous for the simple reason that there are so many break-thru cases that being vaccinated seems not to do any good …More

You might be vaccinated, but you still might get COVID, or not. It's sick to disipline or persecute people who are not vaccinated for religious reasons etc. But some minority people here in the USA are not getting the vaccine because they don't trust the USA government and won't get it, and they are spreading it. THESE are the people who should be forced to get the vaccine. Not getting vaccinated because you hate the USA government for what they did to your people 150 years ago is sick.
Jeffrey Ade
If any one here hates the US government, we don't need to go back 150 years. It has a way of doing things in an up to date fashion!

I think the Biden Admin. is making things much worse. There's no COVID tests kits in pharmacy etc. (I checked 4 pharmacies last night, they have had none for two weeks! They put in order but got none!!). The illegals immigrants pouring in from the border many have COVID or at least are positive. They are shipped onto buses and planes at night, and planted thru the country in the night to unsuspecting …More

They are dispersed onto the streets untested, unvaxxed, and are helping spread both Delta and Omicron variants across the whole country....so far over 2.2 million of illegals in 1 year.

whatever pain Bergolglio cause those in West, nothing compares with the passion Chinese Catholics are going through as a result of the Bergoglio/Xi pact.

That is true. And the Buddhists too. What harm have Buddhists ever done anyone? None. It's the most peaceful religion in the world. I've read about religious wars between CAtholics/Protestants, Muslims/Jews, Muslims/Hindus, Muslims/Catholics, Protestants/Hindus, but I've never read/heard of a war started by or involving Buddhists. China is suspicious of Catholic because it is Western. They should crack down on the millions of Bible "christians" in China instead. But China persecutes their own native Buddhist and Taoist religions as well, and should not. Despite all the persecutions however, more Chinese are turning to Buddhism/Taoism now than any time in the last 100 years..which is a good thing. I don't think Communism in China will last another 50 years, but Buddhism/Taoism will be there for maybe 1,000+ years more. Hopefully Catholcis as well (traditional Catholicism though, not Vatican II :"catholicism".

Yes and no. Depriving the Roman Church of the Sacraments is a far greater evil then the CCP regime torture of dissidents. At one level because of Romes perfidy communism is now in a full scale frontal assault of Christendom and the CCP has free reign. At the other level communism through its church members is now in the final phase of stamping out the Church! This is simply the result of the Church's failure to heed Our Lady of Fatima's requests and to abide by the teaching of the Catholic Church. All we have to do to remedy this situation is to abide by Our Lady's requests and She will provide the victory for us!

I think when Bergoglio/Francis is dead (and probably soon), it won't be long before the Catholic Church realizes what an absolute disaster his term as Pope has been. All faithful Catholics should pray to Our Lady for her intercession that Bergoglio is gone soon, and that by some miracle, the Holy Spirit is in conclave with the Cardinals to elect a true CATHOLIC pope. We can't logically expect the next Pope to be a copy of the great Ven. Pope Pius XII, but a surprise , fairly able and fit Pope not too old and much like Benedict XVI or even more traditionally oriented than he would be a great blessing. We can't expect a Pope who hates VAtican II and the rot that came from it.....but it would be fantastic to get a new Pope who hates everything Bergoglio/aka Pope Francis and his associates have done!

Now more that ever it seems that the ability to practice your faith depends on which diocese you live in.
