The instruction permits the celebration of the extraordinary form of the Latin rite of the Mass (essentially the pre-Vatican II Mass) at four specific times (7 a.m., 7:30 a.m., 8 a.m. and 9 a.m. in the Clementine chapel of the Vatican grottoes.
So you will have typically 30 minutes to do your Latin mass including cantors and lectors!
