DDF head 'Cardinal' Tucho Fernandez has made a change to his episcopal coat of arms (new one on right). Per Vaticanist Giuseppe Nardi, the reasons are unknown.

Are those crosses on the band beneath the shield or 'X' kisses?! As for the rejig of his 'coat of arms', one really does have to question what the heck the priorities are for these 'princes' of the Faith.

He added 1) the pure wool pallium with crosslets and 2) the archiepiscopal staff with JEWELS

And 3) he added a regular crosier WITHIN the escutcheon. Where are the Vatican heralds?

Why would a heretic, a member of a non-Catholic sect (the so-called "conciliar-synodal church") need a coat of arms? Fernandez, if we talk about him in a historical perspective, will be of damned memory (damnatio memoriae) if he does not convert in his lifetime, does not repent, and does not compensate for the damage caused to the Church. He should think about this, and not about the coat of arms. His boss, who is dishonoring the name of great saints, must think the same thing.
