Conversion or Not? The famous Austrian born philosopher Josef Seifert, a friend of John Paul II, wrote on corrispondenzaromana.it an article entitled “The tears of Jesus over Amoris Laetitia”. In it he notices that Jesus tells the adulteress not to sin anymore. But- quote, “His successor Francis, citing the Synod, says to the adulteress, although if she will continue to sin gravely, she should not feel excommunicated nor is it necessary that she converts from her sin of adultery.”

15 Times: Seifert points out that Christ in all his mercy warns us 15 times explicitly that there is a danger of eternal condemnation if we remain in grave sin. Seifert continues: “His successor tells as that - quote - “nobody can be condemned for ever because this is not the logic of the Gospel.”

Grace Without Conversion? Seifert points out that Saint Paul says in Corinthians (1 Cor 6,9) that no unrepentant adulterer enters the kingdom of God but will be condemned forever. Then he adds: “Pope Francis says to the adulterers that it is possible for them to live in the grace of God and, through the Holy Eucharist, to grow in grace, also without conversion.”

Omission: Seifert points out that Francis does not once mention the danger for those who receive Holy Communion unworthily, although Saint Paul warns of this in 1 Cor 11.

Let Us Cry: Seifert concludes: “How can Jesus and His Most Holy Mother read and compare these words of the Pope with those of Jesus and his Church without crying? Let us therefore cry with Jesus, with deep respect and affection for the Pope, and with profound grief that arises from the obligation to criticize his mistakes!”

Pope Francis drops a bombshell: Catholics can receive absolution from dissident SSPX priests
.

While there is still some 'back & forth' whether or not attending mass at a SSPX chapel is licit or not, at least now one can attend those masses and, if bothered by it, can simply confess to an SSPX priest. 😁More

Thank you Gloria TV, God bless your work. Many voices are now defending Christ against his enemies, nothing new it has happened throughout the history of the Church. *Pope Francis* (Team Bergoglio's Invalid Election) has made the quote by Archbishop Sheen come to light “The final battle between the Lord and the reign of Satan will be about marriage and the family.

Many Blessings and prayers for all your work for the lord.

☕ Not only children believe fairy tale now heretics are willing to believe in an extended papacy and that a heretic can became a pope. Denying the Truth and to persist in error is known as blasphemy against the Holy Spirit. ✍️

@Uncle Joe, two reasons: one, for the same reason I'm not interested in hearing "a lot" of my kids did, "most" of what I asked them to do; and two, because, "we are unworthy servants; we have only done our duty." I wonder if he might see no difference between, "and God bless Pope Francis" before digging in to dinner vs. a rosary after dinner.

Dear Abramo,

Therefore, aside from his obvious rambling blunders in his latest exhortation (which the liberals are praising), a weak knowledge of Scripture, outright simple mindedness, and an emphasis on “mercy” without being balanced by justice, this pope is still the pope unable to proclaim heresy ex cathedra.

Although it's not much of a tribute, I would much prefer having Francis as pope than any of the following:

Pope Stephen VI (896–897), who had his predecessor Pope Formosus exhumed, tried, de-fingered, briefly reburied, and thrown in the Tiber.[1]
.

Pope John XII (955–964), who gave land to a mistress, murdered several people, and was killed by a man who caught him in bed with his wife.
.
Pope Urban VI (1378–1389), who complained that he did not hear enough screaming when Cardinals who had conspired against him were tortured.[2]

Dear Jungerheld,
More properly, the group should have said "Holy Father, we offer for your intentions the prayers of 100 (or whatever the number is) faithful Catholics who love you and pray for your health and success as leader of the world's 1.2 billion Catholics." That's enough. Getting into how many rosaries are said is, in my opinion, unnecessary.More

@Uncle Joe: Much worse popes? A Pope who fornicates is bad but by his fornication he does not hurt the papacy in its essence, but a Pope who proclaims heresies does. Another example: A pianist who steals pianos is a thief, but he may still be an excellent pianist. But a pianist who misplays is a bad pianist.

I’m constantly making statements, giving homilies. That’s magisterium. "

Uncle Joe, I appreciate your remedy of a strong prayer life, as long as you don't encourage counting prayers, because that practice, "does not exist today."

For whatever reason, only God knows, a flawed man, Jorge Mario Bergoglio, was elected pope in 2013, but who cares? True. he is the visible leader of the Catholic Church and his words “may” affect tens of millions, but who cares? The Almighty allowed him to be in charge. You and I had no part in that choice.

.

Furthermore, will what Francis says or writes have any influence on your own salvation, your family or your close associates? If his actions or words do affect your own salvation you're doing something wrong. Or, if you are concerned that what Francis says may influence those poor uninformed Catholics, unlike you, who may be misguided and led more deeply into sin, relax. Don't worry. Again, the Absolute put him where he is and you really ought to submit your own will to His and to trust Him.

.

Keep in mind that although traditionalists get palpitations over what Francis, along with his questionable judgment (read: Liberation Theology), will say or do next, leftists within the Catholic Church and elsewhere praise him as an enlightened blessing who is thankfully leading Catholicism away from its archaic rules and regulations into a new “Jubilee of Mercy.”

.

As for the rest, we have Sacred Scripture and the words of the saints (including previous popes) to guide us. This, along with the sacraments and a strong prayer life, is really all one needs. Why be so concerned, nearly every day, with a progressive liberal pontiff who praises Islam and jihadists, warmly greets homos and Cuban dictators, demotes conservatives while promoting leftists, cuddles with Hollywood atheists and on and on?

.

Look on the bright side, it could be worse. There have been much worse popes than this one in the history of the Church. Don't worry... 👍

Worse than Francis??? Given the current estimate of Catholics in the world, [1~5 billion] combined with the speed of modern digital information, I would suggest we are now living in a far more destructive period of the church's history. However delinquent previous popes may have been, they did not deny or change the tenets of the Catholic faith.

Amen! "Let us cry with Jesus with deep respect and affection for the pope and with profound grief that arises from the obligation to criticize his mistakes!"

Seifert showed clearly that Francis is an Heretic. Lets pray that the last remaining truly catholic bishops and cardinals in the church will have the courage to openly declare that this pope is an heretic.

Petrusik@> They won't. Well maybe one or two. But don't hold your breath with any expectation.
