Another Smear Against the Vatican: “Repulsive in Every Line”

The French homosexual Frédéric Martel, who is close to the French Socialist Pparty, will soon publish his propaganda book “Sodoma” in which he allegedly uncovers homosexuals in the Vatican. Martel has no expertise allowing him to write a book about the Vatican. The Italian paper Il Foglio called the result of his labor “shameless rubbish” and “repulsive in every line” full of innuendos and unsupported facts. Nevertheless, the book will be published in twenty countries and in eight languages.

Friendly Fire”

Marco Tosatti points out that Frederic Martel's smear-book makes one exception: Pope Francis about whom he speaks enthusiastically. Nevertheless, Martel accepts Archbishop Viganò’s account that Francis knew about the McCarrick abuses but did not consider them important. He therefore relieved the cardinal of the restrictions imposed on him, used him as an advisor for appointing the Cardinals Farrell and Cupich, and sent him as his personal representative to Obama, as well as to China, Armenia, Iran and Cuba. Tosatti calls this admission an extraordinarily interesting “friendly fire”.

Gay Connections in the Vatican

Frederic Martel also had access to the pro-gay courtiers around Pope Francis. In a TV interview, he said he had met the Director of Civiltà Cattolica, Father Antonio Spadaro, several times. In the book there is an interview with Spadaro, and an interview with Cardinal Lorenzo Baldisseri, the responsible for the pre-arranged Synods about the family and the young.

Homosexual Schism

The Archbishop of Canterbury, Justin Welby, said that the gay-partners of homosexual bishops are not welcome to the 2020 Lambeth Conference, a decennial international assembly of Anglican bishops. This regards four lay-bishops: Thomas J. Brown of Maine, United States, Mary Glasspool, assistant bishop in the Diocese of New York, Kevin Robertson of Toronto, and Nicholas Chamberlain of Gratham, England. Gay-critic Anglican Archbishop Foley Beach commented: “Welby has now moved the goal-posts. It's not that homosexual bishops aren't invited - now it's their spouses not being invited!" The Anglican Church has broken apart over the homosexual question.

Yes, how convenient for Francis on the eve of the abuse crisis summit that such a book and message is released! Another Smear Against the Vatican: “Repulsive in Every Line”

Yes, how convenient for Francis on the eve of the abuse crisis summit that such a book and message is released! A book which informs Catholics that all the liberalizing Cardinals on sexual morality issues, i.e., those who are pro-homosexual are really (most likely) heterosexual; but that all of Francis’ anti-homosexuality opponents or most of them, dead or living, inclusive of “most of the popes” of the 21st century are themselves homosexual, “homosexually inclined” or “unstraight!” Too convenient, indeed.

Ask yourself a simple question: Cui Bono? Again, while I have yet to read this book, it seems evidently clear from the reporting that the answer is Pope Francis and those who wish to liberalize the Church on issues related to the Sixth Commandment. How convenient it is that the one man who comes off looking good (according to the reporting) in this scandalous mess is the sexually-liberalizing Francis and his cadre of most-likely-not-homosexual, pro-homosexual cardinals. Even the liberal CBS News in its analysis of the books states: “Martel appears to want to bolster Francis’ efforts at reforming the Vatican by discrediting his biggest critics and removing the secrecy and scandal that surrounds homosexuality in the church”
