Does Cardinal Ouellet believe that Pope Francis Is God?

Cardinal Marc Ouellet, the Prefect of the Congregation for Bishops, has strongly attacked whistle-blower Archbishop Viganó in an Open Letter published on Sunday. At some point, an angry Ouellet even accuses Viganó of “blasphemy” because the latter dared to criticize Pope Francis’ failures. According to Merriam-Webster, blasphemy is the act of showing contempt for God. This implies that Ouellet believes that Pope Francis is a divinity.

Pope Francis “Overlooked” McCarrick

About the fact that Viganó informed Francis already in June 2013 Ouellet writes to Viganó, “I strongly doubt that McCarrick interested Francis to the extent that you believe since he was an archbishop emeritus at the time and seven years without a post.” “Testimone82” commented on Gloria.tv: “Excuse me, a Pope so merciful, inflexible with abusers, a herald of the Gospel, attentive to the needs of the neighbor and the Church, consecrated to his mission, of highest personal and moral integrity who simply 'overlooks' the case of the serial sodomite McCarrick, scourge of seminarians and entire generations of priests, without a minimum of sensitivity because he is too busy with other things?”

Very Disturbing”

Deacon Nick Donnelly commented on Twitter about this photo taken at an embarrassing Saturday night show organized in the context of the Youth Synod in the Paul VI Hall in the Vatican. Donnelly calls the photograph “very disturbing”. Quote, “The figure of the ‘Resurrected Christ’ looks ominous and threatening.” He added, “How many images more do we need to see that there is something seriously wrong with Bergoglio’s pontificate?”

Cardinal Eijk: Speaking to the Right, Acting to the Left

Utrecht Cardinal Wim Eijk, an alleged critic of Amoris Laetitia, whom many consider to be a – quotation mark – “conservative”, named Father Anton ten Kloster as the new rector of the seminary in Utrecht, Netherlands. The Dutch journalist Henk Rijkers has called this a “bad decision”. According to Rijkers, Father ten Kloster is a Bergoglio partisan and propagandist of Amoris Laetitia.

Ouellet is part of the “never criticize the pope” branch of Catholicism which has rallied around HH during the numerous scandals that are swirling around this pontificate. Markie misuses the word “blasphemy”,
- I believe - not because he thought that the pope is “divine” but he used the word “blasphemy” --
1) as a form of “hyperbole” which is an exaggerated statement used by him informally but is not meant to be taken literally
or
2) Because he is a stupid man with inferior language skills
Either one or both reasons are possible.

Pope Francis “Overlooked” McCarrick
Scripture says, Son of man, I have made you a watchman for the house of Israel; whenever you hear a word from my mouth, you shall give them warning from me. If I say to the wicked, “You shall surely die,” and you give him no warning, nor speak to warn the wicked from his wicked way, in order to save his life, that wicked man shall die in his iniquity; but his blood I will require at your hand (Ez 3:17). 🤗

I am commanded, under pain of the loss of my own soul, to correct the sinner. This requires that I judge, according to the Lord’s teachings, what is right from what is wrong, and that I must warn those who persist in sin unrepentantly or who celebrate sin. If I fail to do so, I become part of the problem and will share in the penalty.

Their house of cards has begun to tumble and they sense it. Addressing the fact of homos running around the Catholic Church is not one of HH’s priorities and it evokes memories back to his prophetic and indifferent line “who am I to judge” said in 2013 at the beginning of his pontificate. 🧐
