US Bishop Supports Burke Against Amazon SYnod

Bischof Rick Stika of Knoxville, "I may have been wrong about my positive Tweet on the Amazon Synod. I read Cardinal Burke’s comments and concerns , who I greatly respect and lived with for a year. He makes a great deal of sense. Also am worried about the German Synod. Time will tell."

Having read Bishop Stika's Tweet, and now his withdrawal from his Tweets, I think it a shame he has been ordained a bishop as he clearly doesn't have the intellectual background to (1) understand the Faith and (2) then to teach his flock. One didn't have to read Cardinal Burke's comments to have grave doubts about the Amazon Synod.
