At the video we see a family with 17 children. But today’s christian families are not similar as this family. Why? Listen a short sermon. "God killed him. Repent". Her husband wanted a sex, her husband didn’t want children. See Genesis 38,6-10. Today’s christian men also don’t want children, but want a sex. They are also evil in God’s eyesight. God is going to kill them probably soon.
See 1 Corinthians 7, 3-5. Women usually don’t want a sex as often as their husbands. But the teacher of pagan nations holy apostle Paul taught, that the body of wife is not her alone, but her body belongs also to her husband. Paul taught that also wife must give her body to her husband, if her husband wants. But today’s christian women don’t obey Holy Spirit. Therefore wives push their husbands to use a sinful masturbation or push their husbands to seek sinful adultery relationship.
See 1 Timothy 2,12-15. Today’s christian women don’t want to care about children, they want to work outside a home similar as a men. Holy apostle Paul wrote, that women will be saved as a mothers, not as a workers.

And it is also written that husband must treat the body of his wife with full respect as his own body. If they want sex without having children they are more responsible for abortion then women themselves who are fragile and during pregnancy more prone to suggestion and taking a wrong decision.

Concerning working women. In Poland it is economic situation that forced women to work not their desires. Many mothers prefer staying home and caring children than working whole day for a very low salary.
In western countries the situation is different - I suppose so but I am not sure at 100% - I do not live there and I cannot judge anybody.
I think the main source of the distruction of families nowadays is promiscuity. And where f.e. young German children can learn it not in their families but at school and even already at kindergarden - evil indoctrination. How later such teenagers can respect a conceived life and sexual intercourse?
I think we cannot judge anybody because we do not know the real root of evil it could be not a human being but a political, economic or even religious or philosophical system.
