Chaplet of the Immaculate Conception. In the 17th century, the Chaplet of the Immaculate Conception was composed by St. John Berchmans, S. J. He recited it daily to obtain, through the intercession of the Blessed Virgin Mary, the grace never to commit any sin against the virtue of purity. In 2024, Sam Michael Nardone assigned “Immaculate Mysteries” to the three groups of prayers along with short meditations with opening and closing prayers found in the Raccolta, and the prayer found on the Miraculous Medal.
