Por otro lado el hecho de que los denunciantes sobre las supuestas estafas por parte de Amparo Cuevas hayan perdido en la sentencia, no significa que no tengan razon. Pudiera ser que dijeran la verdad pero la estafa pudo estar tan bien maquinada, si es que la hubo, que la hicieron de manera en que si se iba contra ellos no se pudiese demostrar nada. Por tanto el hecho de que los denunciantes, supuestos estafados, hayan perdido el pleito... bien pueden entenderse por falta de pruebas mas que por falta de veracidad en sus acusaciones.
