I recall multiple incidents like this, back at the Santa Maria Federal University campus, where they would bring in strange dogs, especially during the COVID lockdown, including one that looked like a wolf. The dog would behave very aggressively upon seeing me and would nearly attack. However, I remained calm and tried to speak a word, and the animal would stop and leave.
At the Uberlândia campus, two particular dogs would pick up on the scent sprayed on me, as well as the attire (hat and glasses) I wore, which they used to provoke the animals. When they saw me, the dogs would immediately run after me and bark in such an aggressive manner that it made me wonder what those evil individuals had done to the animals to cause such strange behavior. Once again, when the dog heard my voice, it would calm down and leave.
