The power of vitamin C as sodium ascorbate & other tips

I just want to share here my health experiences, how I'v treated myself with just vitamin C (in form of sodium ascorbate) in high doses.

The power of vitamin C (in sodium ascorbate form) is just excellent !
It has saved me, my wife from a hospital, doctor's dodgy covid therapies (ventilators, remdesivir...), from death, many times within last 3 years.
It is essential for protection against different kind of infections.


Writing just basic, important information doesn't create a necessary faith. That's why I wrote some little stories.
I remember I used to have pretty good immunity. Once there was a quite severe Winter in the UK. I exchanged tyres in my little car for winter season but on next day one of them got flat. I struggled to unscrew bolts and I felt cold air on my partly uncovered back. I got a severe infection and went to a hospital. Different antibiotics didn't help me to get recover fully. I had to go to my work and was so desperate I had to try MMS. Drinking this awful chlorine dioxide, helped me to get fully recovered but after that low immunity problem appeared. I think because of long lasting infection (MMS stimulates immunity and is not recommended for auto-immunological problems). In Summer time I couldn't drink drinks at room temperature because in minutes I had scratching throat and got infection easily. Then found out about sodium ascorbate. Thanks to high doses Autumn and Winter I didn't got severe infections but only light colds, that I could treat easily by increasing doses and frequency. It took me a year to get full immunity and I could wear no hat in Winter. I could logging wood in Winter in minus 15 in a t-shirt (10 minutes only, but I don't recommend it !) and I was only 78 kg. For me sodium ascorbate is my the most powerful and 100% efficient substance to prevent any infections, to treat them at early stage, at early symptoms.

Discovering of vitamin C was credited by the Nobel prize. Doctors were taught, only 90 mg is needed a day (RDA), but this portion prevents only against a scorbutus. Real demand for this vitamine is much more higher, especially in cold months, if a person is exposed to outdoor conditions. For example, monkeys in zoo are given 2000mg to protect agains infections. I want to stress it is very strong acid, and even small doses may irritate sensitive stomach. Therefore I use other form of it. As I'v written this vitamin in the form of sodium ascorbate, has saved me, my life many, many times in recent, so called pandemic time, after I got an autoimmunological disease 3 years ago. As long as I have it I am not affraid of any cold, flu, and keep a reserve of 10 kg cheap vitamin C in powder and same amount of bicarbonate of soda. Initially I was affraid to doze it higher but after reading it helps with autoimmunological diseases quickly tested and discovered it doesn't multiply immunological disease symptoms, at least in my case. I am 100% sure, even high doses of vit C I use, doesn't affected my autoimmunological disease. I read it is used to treat autoimmunological diseases (a very strong antioxidant). We don't keep any amantadine or similar anti-covid medicine, just this vitamin which is very safe, has no side effects.

Our immune system bases, works on vit C (vitamin D as well but in a different way) and made hydrogen peroxide (hydrogen dioxide) to eliminate patogens. And it really works excellently, superbly ! I do not take anything else than sodium ascorbate, I do myself. Doctors are not taught about the power of this God's very precise molecular invention to do a certain work, or know it but don't want to tell in order not to lose patients and their money. If your immune system is weak, I would recommend to supplement this form of vit C everyday. To avoid colds, flus, „covids”, cowids, I would take in warm months around 2000 mg in mornings, before a meal. It is very important to take it this way, to absorb it quickly and effectively. Every hour we lose around 50% of initial dose, so if you take 3 grams, after 1 hour there is 1,5 gram, after another hour 0,75 g...
This vitamin helps greatly when an insect bites like an ant, a bee or wasp, even a hornet. When a tick did bit me (few times), after removing it I had a pink rubor. Taking about 2000 mg every 2 hours, it almost vanished on next day but it is recommended to take doses regularly next few more days, few times a day (every 3-4 hours), till it is totally gone.
I cut my finger not once and it got dirty a soil. I cleared it then and took about 2000mg few times.
Last year a bee stinged me. I took quickly doses like above and there was no upswelling. This year a wasp stinged and after few hours all was over. I tried to catch a hornet by hand in a glove. The hornet pierced it and I felt a pain. I did the same actions and on next day all was gone.

How I use

In the UK I used ready made sodium ascorbate from a good company from ebay. It may be other trusted manufacturer but must be 99,99% pure. The best is to buy few kilograms. For instance 2000mg of sodium ascorbate, I mean 2000mg of vitamin C powder mixed with 2000mg of baking soda. A result is a slightly salt water. If you feel a little acid, it means there is more vitamin C, if you feel soda taste it means there is more soda and this is OK but you can add some vitamin C
to get salty taste.
Baking soda in high doses is a simple therapy that makes our bodies more alkaline agains cancers. Generally at least once a year, 2 weeks, a tea spoon in a full glass of water before a sleep, at least 5 hours after a last meal.

A prevention

For people with lower immunity, to prevent infections, my experience is
1. In Summer at least one dose at least 1500 mg (a third of a flat tea spoon of each ingredients) but may be 2000 mg (a little less than a flat tea spoon of each ingredients) in the morning everyday, fasting, dissolved in warm half glass of water (precise way to make it is described below). It is important to have condensed dose, more diluted, taken with food is less effective. It can not be mixed with iodine, Lugol liquid, because a reaction between vitamin C and iodine make them useless.
2. In Autumn, Winter, Spring 2-3 times a day, at least 2000 mg (a flat tea spoon of each ingredients) in a morning, fasting, and about 2000 mg afternoon before a dinner. May be an additional dose before a sleep, if necessary.

Treating developed symptoms

1. Slightly developed symptoms

I am sensitive to every symptom and observe them very carefully. When I feel a little runny nose I take a flat tea spoon (the best before a meal) and it's usually gone in 10 minutes. When I feel slight chills, have little rised temperature, feel generally not well, I take the same portions and it is gone or I repeat a dose till it ends.

2. More developed symptoms

When symptoms are neglected and a cold or flu developes and temperatures are around 37,5-38 degrees, I have treated all infections like this.
2000mg every 2-3 hours. Additionally at least one a bigger dose in a middle of a night, even 3-5 grams. These doses must be taken till symptoms have gone. Then doses may be reduced to 2000 mg every 3-4 hours. Then 3 times a day and to 2000mg. When very high doses of sodium ascorbate reaches really high level, one should be prepared for a diarrhoea. This is only when very high doses, like 50 grams a day are taken orally. I experienced it just once.

When a cold, flu developes to high temperatures this therapy is not effective but intravenous is. Sodium ascorbate dosed invenous can defeat sepsis, pneumonia in 2 days.

That's why I am not affraid of any infection. When I was leaving a hospital, I was scary when heard about virus from China. I stopped taking steroids and methotrexat to improve immune system, tested high doses of sodium ascorbate to check if my immune system is more aggresive for my body and began listen to independent sources what this virus really is. When I began to try a therapy with catalpa leaves infusion against my autoimmunological disease, I had always health breakdown, like a cold and all successfuly treated with sodium ascorbate in described above way. Catalpa helps really well in my case and effective, but is not only one natural remedy for autoimmunological disorders. Smoke tree, japanise knotweed, hortensia hydrangea have good features to treat this kind of disorers. Three catalpa infusion therapies have eliminated the most of nasty pains allover my body. Japanise knotweed eliminated prickling pains in bones, joints.

Sodium ascorbate helps my wife with her fibromyalgia pains. When needed, she takes around 2 grams and quickly has a long relief.

Sodium ascorbate in very high doses, dosed intravenously can treat very severe infections, inflammations, can efficiently treat severe sepsis in 2 days. Vitamin C has strong anti-inflammation, strong anti-oxidant action.

Doctors scare and say vitamin C makes kidney stones. This is what they have been taught. Is it a true ? Through 10 years I'v drunk about 15 kilograms of it (in the form of sodium ascorbate) and have no such problems. My wife has taken less and everything is OK. To avoid kidney stones it is important to remember to drink right amount of water, especially in Summer time. The best 15 minutes before a meal or 2,5 hours after a meal. Of course one can drink some water after a meal to swallow medicines.

How I make sodium ascorbate cheaper out from vitamin C powder and baking soda.

I found this method when my ready made reserve had ended and I lost ability to work. It is the same power as ready made. To make it, one should buy the same portions of each ingredients ( I buy cheap, kilogram bags of each).

To have 3 grams of sodium ascorbate:
- add a full flat tea spoon of vitamin C powder to a glass
- add the same portion of sodium bicarbonate
- pour just a little of warm water (a half of an inch, to let a reaction go intensive)
- when a reaction stops top up water to half of the glass
- drink before a meal, it should have a little salty taste

Vitamin D3

It has a gigantic influence on our body, takig part in around 3000 reactions. It is essential for a cancer preventing. Right level should be at least 80 european units, while doctors were taught only 30-40 is right. A level check is recomended, usually people have very low level. I take at least 30.000 iu (international units) a week in flu, cold season. In Summer just once a week about 10.000 iu (I don't suntan). Vitamin K2-MK7 must accompany to vitamin D3. While recomended level is around 90 micrograms per day, if you supplement vitamin D3 in much higher doses, K2-MK 7 must be multiplied. So if you apply for instance 300% vitamin D3 (RDA), you need to take 300% of vitamin K2, which has got also great anti-inflammation action and can be taken actually in much higher doses. People in a middle age have always calcium deposited in veins, soft tissues. High doses of vit D3 move calcium from this places, if vit K2 is missing, deposit it somewhere else. Vitamin K2 is like a policeman, who directs it right to bones, teeth.
Vitamin A must accompany to vit D3 in multipied doses but the best form is recomended (natural is always the best or from a good manufacturer, not pro vitamin A like artificial beta-caroten).
Vitamin E must accopmany vit D3, can be taken in very high doses but natural are the best.
There are ready mixes of ADEK vitamins.

It is a massive lie vitamins are harmful when overdosed. They are very, very helpful for right work of human body, especially when chronical diseases have developed (lack of right doses of vitamins may cause them). The latin word "vita" added to these beautiful substances created by our God is not meaningless and means life. I regularly take high doses and iodine as well (must be supplemented with selenium, water salted with salt rich in minerals, and much water).

Joints

There is very cheap and easy way to avoid complicated joint pains and surgeries. Once I had a very sharp joint pain in a big toe, caused by a wrong position at work. A doctor said it will stay like this forever but expensive injections may help a little. I bought quality gelatine. Before a sleep, I poured boiled water to a glass, added a pintch of salt, then poured quickly a flat tea spoon of gelatine, stiring very fast. If it smells, better to try other manufacturer. I left it overnight. In a morning I ate it fasting. It is good to add a little vit C if one can to stir it in a glass, because vit C is essential in creating of colagen. After 2 weeks all nasty pain was gone. If a pain doesn't go after 4 weeks, pain remains, and the synovial layer has not been rebuilt, it is caused by other reason. I repeated therapy after few months and till today there is no terrible pain. It means my body made a use of it and the synovial layer has been rebuilt and a joint works very good. After this experience, reading other opinions in the web I confirm, this is a great way to recover joints, to avoid painful problems also in an old age.

Cholesterol

I'm not affraid of cholesterol. When I was healthy I used to have a level 255-258. Right level is 255-260 for healthy men and 260-270 for healthy women. Cholesterol is a very essential substance in our body. To low level is much more harmful than too high. Higher than the reference level, points out for inflammatory condition, that something wrong happens in a body. Higher level indicates that our body tries to repair something that got broken, has gone in a wrong way. For instance after a surgery there is a very high level and can't be lowered by statins!
For heart attacks responsible is too high level of homocisteine, that can be easily controlled by a combination of folic acid, vit B6 and B12.

People have different ways to protect our health, to treat, recover. This is my, I am sure. If I didn't make this experiments, I wouldn't be alive on this earth.

Then I felt it doesn't help and cold symptoms increased. Then I took every 2 hours trhough 5 days. Then I felt relief. I visited a doctor because a little cough left. I told her what crazy and stupid thing I did, she was amazed I didn't get pneumonia and examined my lungs twice. Three days antibiotic didn't help. I took echinacea purpurea tablets (A. Vogel) 3 times a day 2 tablets and after 3 days the caugh was gone.

Our immune system has terrible power of destroying pathogens. It is enough to give it need what it needs in higher amount. But it goes out of control due to different unknown reasons (not vitamin C !), people who suffer from autoimmunological diseases see that destroying power in their bodies.
