The SSPX says that they want to save souls from Hell but they interpret Vatican Council II irrationally like Pope Leo, the Council is liberal and nontraditional, which the pope uses to justify the LGBT agenda.
The pope is responding to his religious formation in Chicago and it is the same formation as that of the SSPX. Neither of the two choose to interpret Vatican Council II rationally with the Rational Premise and so affirm the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus, the Athanasius Creed and the exclusivist ecclesiology of the Roman Missal.
The SSPX sends its seminarians in Rome to study at the pontifical universities where the priests and professors also interpret Vatican Council II irrationally like the SSPX.
Now the Latin Mass is being attacked because of the Roman Missal’s exclusivist ecclesiology and the SSPX can do nothing about it. Pope Leo justifies his actions with Vatican Council II interpreted irrationally. The Council has alleged explicit exceptions for EENS and the rest of Tradition. The SSPX agrees this is the only Vatican Council II they seem to know. Yes there are exceptions they say and so the Roman Missal is obsolete.
Fr. Francois Laisney of the SSPX really criticizes the exclusivist ecclesiology of the Roman Missal, Feeneyite EENS, in the name of the 1949 Letter of the Holy Office and Vatican Council II, interpreted irrationally. Pope Leo would do the same.
Fr. Francois Laisney’s book, ‘Is Feeneyism Catholic?’ is published by the SSPX’s Angelus Press and was approved by Fr.Franz Schmidberger, who is expected to be ordained a bishop on July 1.
Saving souls?
With Vatican Council II rational the pope returns to traditional faith and morals. They can no more justify the LGBT agenda in the name of Vatican Council morally; he must choose the rational and not irrational premise to interpret the Creeds, Councils and Catechisms.
Here the issue is not EENS but Vatican Council II.Is Lumen Gentium 16 invisible or visible in 2026 for the SSPX?
Until they answer this question the SSPX cannot demonstrate that it is Karl Rahner and Joseph Ratingen who were in error- creating schism, with the LG 16 mistake.
With LG 16 Larry Chapp can claim correctly that the SSPX, the SBC, Ecclesia Dei communities are in schism.
With LG 16 invisible it is the SSPX, SBC, Ecclesia Dei communities and Franciscans of the Immaculate who can claim that Rahner, Ratzinger and Larry Chapp are in schism. The pope is in schism until he chooses LG 16 invisible.
