In winter, I place my feet on a surface of grid mesh which is connected by a wire towards the outside by a window, to a steel rod pushed in as deep as possible in the ground, close to the house. I test the voltage by touching the black probe to the wire coming from the outside, and the red probe to the metal of the nearby heater. I get 575 millivolts, or 0.57 Volts. What is beneficial for the body is all that comes from the outside, such as the natural frequency of the Earth, and perhaps something else whose existence we do not yet know. I feel like an energy or fine vibration rising in my legs which is undoubtedly beneficial. I'm only in my first week, and there's something really active about it!!!

When we search a little, we also find another type of stainless steel mesh, which is also conductive. I also hook it up the same way.

Take a multimeter, and measure the electrical current of the ground. I observe 600 millivolts, or 0.6 Volts. It is not a philosophy, but concrete. If you understand that shoes with thick soles are too insulating, you will understand that there is a direct effect on health, and disease is gaining ground, essentially for this reason.
Seems a little new age to me. “Mother Earth”? Is that the same as pache mama?

Just because they used that expression doesn't mean we should throw the baby out with the bathwater. What is presented about the natural electricity of the ground is completely consistent! Let us thank God for giving us simple and natural ways to heal ourselves from many illnesses. If the people who speak don't know God, we know that it is He who created all this for us.

Well done! I have been earthing for years even just connecting to the grounds in the home electrical system and I also feel the positive effects! I wish everyone who is concerned about their health in this radiated age would consider this simple remedy to imbalances in your bodies electrical systems! Our Lady of Fatima, pray for us!

I immediately feel a positive effect by making this contact with the earth, but I do it in the house. In January, it's more convenient that way!
