Russia is a chastisement for the world as announced by Our Lady of Fatima. And it's coming, as they want to cut off the supplies from Western Europe (and the West in general) that they can get from Africa.
All this is in the interests of nothing other than war with the West (see North Korea that doesn't help but threaten), and it obviously won't help Africa (even if some may think the opposite).
