National Campus Life Network: You're needed more than ever!

Hi there,
I thought I would take a minute to re-introduce myself and our organization. My name is Ruth. I am the Executive Director of NCLN. National Campus Life Network is a pro-life organization dedicated to creating an abortion-free generation. We do this by talking about abortion wherever young people are - high schools, universities, online, near their favourite coffee shops. Literally wherever they are, we want to be there.
We have this big vision that one day, the next generation will reject abortion. I believe you share this vision. Why? At some point, something we said or did resonated with you and you signed up for an event or put your name on a petition and that’s why I’m emailing you today.
It’s quite common in our movement that people will either sign a petition or donate. It’s hard sometimes to get someone to do both. But, if I was honest, I wanted to tell you that for us, we get way more mileage out of a donation than a signature.
That could sound like an exaggeration but it’s not. We are a small NPO with a budget of around $200,000 a year. On just that amount we support a team of 6, 14 campuses and actively change the minds of 50% of the youth we meet on campus through our projects. During the pandemic alone, we accomplished what you see below:
So why am I emailing you? We sent out an urgent appeal a month ago and saw some new faces join our donor team! We are so grateful.
We have a database of almost 6000 people who have never donated to NCLN. It is not an exaggeration when I say that if every one of the people on this list gave a donation today (and yearly) of just $200, we would be able to sustain and expand our operations in a way that would change the landscape of youth outreach dramatically. We have a current goal of raising $40,000 over the summer and we are 50% of the way there.
Specifically, we would be able to:
Hire more staff in different parts of Canada. We are maxed at the amount of campuses we can handle.
Plant ourselves into more areas where youth are especially with a new high school focus
Consistently develop more and more resources for pro-life youth to get trained and get out there
And most importantly, save more lives
I am asking you today to please consider giving. Without your support, our impact is stagnated and slower than the need - especially post pandemic.
