From the "Relatio post disceptationem" of the General Rapporteur, Card. Péter Erdő:
Homosexuals have gifts and qualities to offer to the Christian community: are we capable of welcoming these people, guaranteeing to them a fraternal space in our communities? Often they wish to encounter a Church that offers them a welcoming home. Are our communities capable of providing that, accepting and valuing their sexual orientation, without compromising Catholic doctrine on the family and matrimony?
The question of homosexuality leads to a serious reflection on how to elaborate realistic paths of affective growth and human and evangelical maturity integrating the sexual dimension: it appears therefore as an important educative challenge. The Church furthermore affirms that unions between people of the same sex cannot be considered on the same footing as matrimony between man and woman. Nor is it acceptable that pressure be brought to bear on pastors or that international bodies make financial aid dependent on the introduction of regulations inspired by gender ideology.
Without denying the moral problems connected to homosexual unions it has to be noted that there are cases in which mutual aid to the point of sacrifice constitutes a precious support in the life of the partners. Furthermore, the Church pays special attention to the children who live with couples of the same sex, emphasizing that the needs and rights of the little ones must always be given priority.
The relatio has much more on concubinage, perpetual adultery, and more. Of course, in none of the novelties (such as in the three paragraphs above, note carefully) is the rapporteur able to actually quote from Scripture, the Fathers, or Tradition, since the words of Our Lord and the New Testament are in absolute opposition to the new doctrine above. Because what the Church has always taught she received from the Lord directly and through the Apostles. It is called the Gospel, the Revelation of the New and Permanent Testament. What is above is something else, received from some other source.
"I wonder that you are so soon removed from him that called you into the grace of Christ, unto another gospel. Which is not another, only there are some that trouble you, and would pervert the gospel of Christ. But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach a gospel to you besides that which we have preached to you, let him be anathema. As we said before, so now I say again: If any one preach to you a gospel, besides that which you have received, let him be anathema. For do I now persuade men, or God? Or do I seek to please men? If I yet pleased men, I should not be the servant of Christ. For I give you to understand, brethren, that the gospel which was preached by me is not according to man. For neither did I receive it of man, nor did I learn it; but by the revelation of Jesus Christ."(Galatians 1:6-12)

The Tablet rightly sees this as the earth-shattering revolution that it is, and John Thavis calls it an "earthquake." It should also go down really well as well in Africa, where the Catholic Church will now be known as "the Gay Church."
Fr. Dariuzs Oko was right: it is a heresy, the Homoheresy, a New Gospel, promoted by perverted clerics themselves, and it is destroying the Church from the inside as strongly as the Church is being persecuted from the outside.
