Warning: 'Garabandal' medals, allegedly 'kissed' by 'Our Lady' being sold.

Firstly, these medals and similar products are being sold on various websites: this is one such website: kiss_and_promisse :: Apostolado de Garabandal but there are many more sites.

In certain instances, they are being sold as 'relics' - even '1st class relics' - when the legitimate ecclesiastical authorities have never approved Garabandal, so they are not authentic 'relics' in any way, shape or form, and should not be purchased or distributed as such. Please contact the Diocese of Santander to confirm this:

On the above mentioned 'Kiss and Promise' Garabandal website, an Open Letter was written to Joey Lomangino RIP, a blind promoter of Garabandal. Part of the Garabandal prophecies were that he would regain his sight before death, on the day of the alleged 'Great Miracle' (which hasn't occurred). He never did regain his sight. A letter to Joey Lomangino from Conchita Gonzalez (one of the alleged visionaries of Garabandal) dated March 19, 1964 - St. Joseph’s Day - stated: "My Dear Joseph, Just two lines to tell you the message which the Blessed Virgin gave me for you today at the pines … she told me that the voice you heard was hers and that you shall see (some translations have written 'you will receive new eyes') on the very day of the Miracle. She also told me that the House of Charity you will establish in New York will bring great glory to God."
