Our Lady of Fatima told the three small children that "more souls go to hell for sins of the flesh than any other reason." Our entire world is saturated in sexual impurity from TV, Movies, Music, the immodest dress of women, dancing, and pornography. Most people are so desensitized to sexual sins because our perverse culture glorifies it. Take a few minutes to listen to this sermon by St. Alphonsus to understand this grave danger to your soul.
For those caught in this vice which includes premarital sex, adultery, homosexuality, masturbation, viewing impure movies & TV shows, porn, immodest dress, sinful dancing, immoral music, impure thoughts, etc. - there is hope but it is beyond your own power. You must pray, do penance and make a general confession of ALL our sins to a Priest - other wise you will certainly perish. Abandon yourself to Christ through the Immaculate Heart of Mary and help will come, but remember that just as a man who is sunk deep into a pit of filth, unable to escape the pit on his own, must raise his hand up to be lifted out of it. So too, you must lift up your hand to God by lifting your heart and mind to Christ and his holy Mother. They can and will pick you up out of the pit of sinful impurity but you have to play your part in the rescue.
May Christ have mercy on us and save us through the prayers of his most holy Mother.
