Rainbow-Smoothie Recipe
How about a rainbow smoothie today? Not only is it fun for the eyes, but every layer is fruity and delicious! Don't hesitate to try other fruit (mango, banana, strawberries...) or to add more layers.

Ingredients for 2 glasses

2 ripe Kiwi fruit (peeled)
2 Tbsp frozen Greek Yogurt
1-2 Tbsp Honey
1 tin Apricots (400g)
2/3 cup / 150ml frozen Raspberries / Blueberries
How to make it
You can place the fruit in the freezer for 2 hours before you start, the mixture will be thicker and prevent the layers from mixing.

1st layer, green
Blend the kiwis with the yogurt and the honey. Pour the mixture into two glasses.

2nd layer, orange
Blend 6-8 apricot halves with some apricot nectar from the tin. To layer in your glasses, spoon it in carefully.

3rd layer, purple
Blend the berries with the rest of the apricot nectar. Layer the purple smoothie on top of the others.

Add a straw, a mint leaf and a blueberry and enjoy!
