Clearly an abuse of authority! Archbishop Lefebvre would have said "Salus animarum suprema lex!" And he of course would be right. As well as any priest or faithful who goes underground during this "in house" persecution of the Catholic faithful by a communist bishop! Pray for him!
Those who take it have two years to live.
