Francis treats layman as an Archbishop.

In this picture taken June 16, 2014, are presented Jorge Mario Bergoglio, who declares himself the bishop of Rome, and Justin Welby, who claims to be Archbishop of Canterbury, and primate of the Anglican Communion.
With the Bull "Apostolicae Curae" of September 18, 1896, Pope Leo XIII - confirming the decisions of his predecessors - has solemnly declared that Anglican orders are absolutely invalid.
It follows that Justin Welby is not only - as an Anglican - notorious heretic and schismatic, but it is not - in any way - a validly ordained: it is not a priest and bishop.

Jorge Mario Bergoglio not only explicitly stated that he does not believe in the bull of Pope Leo XIII on the invalidity of Anglican ordinations. But at the same time, with his gestures and his way of acting, outwardly expressed this conviction.

This action is a very grave error and heresy that leads to the complete destruction of the moral principles of Catholicism and they will not enter into communion with the church. The hierarchy will fall in Apostasy and will enter into communion with the Apostates.

The false prophets claiming the fundamental innocence of the people, therefore, most recognize not the cause and effect their wrong life through their own human laws, promote homosexuality, adultery and abortion, removing them from God.
Because people wrong are lectured by the Bishops of the Council about the law of cause and effect, they blame the wars, suffering and disasters God ultimately.
